Reasonably large room with central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television, truly enjoyed it. The bed was spacious and the bathroom - great-sized.

We met great and approachable employees.
Enjoyed the location, it was brilliant and marvellous very close to restaurants and cafe, the historical center and most tourist attractions. Popped in Klimaty Poludnia for shots before sleep, it was at a medium distance from the venue.

The reception staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful when we encountered issues with our check-in. Lastly, there were problems with power sockets in our room, inconvenient to charge our devices.

I enjoyed the spacious room with a cozy layout and loved the lovely café nearby for breakfast and the powerful shower that felt refreshing after a long day. The peaceful terrace and comfy lounge area were great spots to unwind. The only downside was that some amenities seemed a bit dated, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience. 😊

I enjoyed the spacious layout of the room on two levels. It seemed like we had plenty of room to spread out, especially with the travel crowding. The trams stopping right outside was super convenient. Breakfast at the adjoining cafe was a real treat. I faced an issue with the check-in process since the reception only opens during the day. I didn't receive my check-in info until I followed up, which could have been challenging if I had arrived late. Some minor maintenance could enhance the experience, as I noticed some wear and tear in carpet and furnishings. It would be great if they could ensure the shower's water pressure stays consistent and address the WiFi issues that cropped up occasionally. Despite these hiccups, the atmosphere was charming was good.

Comfortable room, spacious room, with a great location, made it easy to walk to the castle and main square within minutes and allowed us to easily access local tram services.

The quadruple room was spacious, with a fridge and coffee facilities, made mornings easier. Plus, the breakfast was delivered quietly, great to enjoy it at our own pace. The powerful shower was a real bonus!
